2. General Information on Data Processing
We process the personal data of our users generally only insofar as this is necessary to provide a functional website as well as our content and services. The processing regularly takes place only with consent or where a statutory basis permits it. Personal data is deleted as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies and no statutory retention obligations preclude deletion.
3. Hosting and Server Log Files
This website is hosted by STRATO AG (Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin). When the website is accessed, the provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits automatically. These include in particular:
Browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request, and the IP address.
This data is not merged with other data sources. The processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and the security of its website. A data processing agreement (AVV) pursuant to Art. 28 DSGVO exists with the provider.
4. Contact by Email or Telephone
If you contact us by email or telephone, your details will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. The legal basis for inquiries in connection with a (potential) contractual relationship is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO; otherwise it is our legitimate interest in answering your request (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). We do not pass on this data without your consent and delete it as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose.
5. Contact Form
If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the form (name, email address, optional telephone number, and your message) will be processed for the purpose of handling the inquiry. The processing takes place on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO) as well as for the handling of your inquiry (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b und lit. f DSGVO).
For sending the form we use the service Web3Forms (Backend Studio LLC, USA). The data entered in the form is processed via the provider's servers and delivered to us by email. In doing so, a transfer of data to the USA (third country) may occur. You can find further information in the provider's privacy policy.
6. Data Processing Within the
Guardianship and Contractual Relationship
If you make use of our services, we process your personal data exclusively for the performance of the underlying contract and on the basis of the relevant legal grounds, in particular Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO. In doing so, the principles of data minimization, purpose limitation, and transparency apply. Personal data is only passed on to third parties with your consent or on a statutory basis. We maintain confidentiality regarding all information that becomes known within the contractual relationship, insofar as there are no statutory notification or disclosure obligations.
The services rendered are documented electronically. This documentation serves as proof of performance and is retained for a period of ten years. On request, the digitally archived documents will be handed over to you and deleted after the end of the contractual relationship.
We regulate the details of data processing within the guardianship relationship with you in a separate contractual agreement, which you will receive when you make use of our services.
7. Cookies and Tracking
This website does not use any cookies for analysis or marketing purposes and does not integrate any tracking or analysis services. Only technically necessary data is processed as part of the website operation (see section 3).

You can revoke consent you have given at any time with effect for the future.
To exercise your rights, an informal message to the contact details listed above is sufficient.
